Cookie policy
What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of information a website stores in your browser. QoreGuide uses a session cookie for portal access and offers an optional cookie that remembers the email address used to sign in.
Cookies used by the portal

Other browser storage
The teacher grading workflow uses session storage named gradebookReturnClass to return to the relevant class after grading. The stored value identifies the class and is removed when the dashboard reads it, or when the browser tab’s session ends.
Your choices
Leave “Remember my email on this device” unchecked on shared computers. Signing in with that option unchecked removes the remembered-email cookie. Signing out ends the portal session, but does not itself remove the remembered email.
You can remove cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking the portal session cookie can prevent sign-in and account forms from working. Deleting browser storage does not delete your school account or assessment records.
Public pages and assessment content
The public landing page and these policy pages do not set application cookies themselves or load third-party analytics, advertising scripts, or external fonts. Opening portal pages can create the session cookie described above.
To finalize: check cookies added by production hosting, any separate assessment domains, and embedded resources. Confirm their purposes, durations, providers, and any required choices before publishing a complete site-wide policy.
